ARTIST’S STATEMENT

“ I paint a variety of subject matter, but my favorite subjects are people – not posed portraits, but people in the process of daily life, totally unaware of the beauty of the moment. I am also attracted to color and constantly seek ways to use new combinations of color to make my statement. Although I have painted professionally for over 15 years, I still feel like a beginner. I enjoy the process as well as the product. I feel very lucky to be able to make a living doing something that I truly love.”
