Photo courtesy of Mark OlenckiCommissions of limited edition lithographs hand printed on archival print paper made from an original drawing on a lithographic stone are accepted. A Tamarind certified lithographer often will work with me printing the edition.
Edition prints will come with signed original print documents of certification, specifying approximate dates devoted to image creation, the types of drawing material used, image size, dates of image proofing and edition printing, colors of ink and archival print paper used.
The particulars of the edition, fees and any other ancillary items would be determined through discussion and a letter of agreement would be drafted to contain these specifics. The image copyright could become the property of the purchaser as part of the agreement.
Clients may have input on the image composition from several options presented to them prior to actual image creation on the stone. Choices of ink and paper types can be made after first proofs or trial prints are pulled prior to edition printing.
